There is a vast range of accessories available to make your clean room doors, starting from the choice of handles: open press knobs, fixed knobs with magnetic closure or anti-panic push-bar handles.
Further accessories include: toughened glass panels, floor seal air-stop, mechanical door contacts, electric locks, electromagnets, concealed hinges and closures integrated into the frame.

The clean room doors are conceived and designed with attention paid to the smallest detail to be used in controlled contamination environments and for ease of integration with partition walls.
A wide range of colours to be chosen by the customer (18 colours in the catalogue) make the supply a custom choice of style and aesthetics.

doors can be erected on: partition walls, plasterboard or brick walls. The door installed on plasterboard or brick walls is prepared with rounded aluminium profiles, which make it possible to cover different thicknesses of from 80mm to 600mm.

Sliding door consisting of a 45 mm rounded extruded aluminium frame and a panel made with the same sandwich as the partition walls, allowing total flush-fitting between the components and the wall itself.
The composition of the “sandwich” panel can be made with 4 mm thick external surfaces, to be chosen between the High Pressure Plastic Laminate (HPL) or Alubond (ALB). supplies different types of insulation for door panels: rock wool (RW), polystyrene (EPS), aluminium honeycomb (HC), polyurethane (PUR), polyisocyanurate (PIR). It is simple to assemble as both the electric drive unit and electric panel are housed in a single extruded aluminium cabinet that, when positioned alongside the aluminium perimeter profiles of the door wings and the connection profiles, creates a locking element that blends harmoniously with the clean room environment. This system can be equipped with a back-up battery which guarantees opening in case of power failure. Safe and extremely silent thanks to the 100-240 V brushless motor inverter (50-60Hz) using switch mode technology. Opening speed 0.8 m/s (1 wing) – 1. 6 m/s (2 wings). Control unit with microprocessor logic and anti-crushing device complete the features of this clean room sliding door mechanism.
The end customer can choose from the various door opening and control options.

The panel is flexible with no rigid elements, it is self-repairing as it automatically fits back onto the slide rails, and rolls up inside the small drum which houses the motor.
They are fast moving and flexible doors that provide easy and functional transportation of materials from one area to another within the clean room. Structures and sliding guides in painted steel, stainless steel, fibreglass or aluminium.
For additional security there is the possibility of installing a wireless electronic protection element at the bottom of the sheet. It is also possible to insert transparent bands, which allow visibility through the roller blind.

4-door interlock system:

The system we propose is completely integrated into our doors, Pass-Box or Pass-Trolley.
It is composed of: double red / green traffic light with emergency release button, covered by an easy to clean polycarbonate cover; an electric lock or an electromagnet, with an integrated door status, placed on the upper side inside the jamb, which mechanically prevents the door from opening; a multiple management control unit (from 2 to more doors) that can be programmed according to the different procedures, modes or timings required. Description of a standard 2-port interlock: at rest with the doors closed all the traffic lights turn green. When one of the doors is opened, the mechanism blocks the other door via the electric lock and the traffic lights change from green to red light. If the door remains open for a long time, a timed alarm warns the door not to close. Once the door is closed, the system returns to rest.
In emergency situation, the button on the traffic light allows you to force the system and open the door even if the traffic light is red. This is called “green logic”.
